The client is responsible for ensuring that all information supplied to Madwax is accurate and correct.
The cost of hire is determined by the category of equipment that you select and the duration of your hire. Our prices are available to view online, Madwax reserves the right to modify the categories and prices at any time.
Images of equipment displayed on the website may not be the exact model that is hired to the client, however equipment received will be of an equivalent standard.
The client is responsible for the equipment throughout the entirety of the hire period. Once the client has received the equipment he/she is deemed to be under contract to return the equipment in a similar state. Usual wear and tear is acceptable.
Madwax does not provide specific insurance for damaged, lost, or stolen equipment. Damaged, lost, or stolen equipment will be charged for in accordance with the replacement cost of the equipment. Clients should act in a manner that does not lead to damage, loss, or theft of equipment hired.
Prices and transactions with Madwax are in Euros. Madwax has no control over currency conversion rates.
If payment has not been made online via PayPal prior to arrival, full payment is required whilst the client is in resort.
Cancellations may be made up to three days in advance by contacting Madwax and a full refund will be issued. Cancellations less than three days in advance will incur a cost of 25% of the booking value.

Madwax does not deliver to Avoriaz as this is a vehicle free resort.
Skiing and snowboarding are inherently physically demanding activities; which presents an element of risk. Madwax will not be held liable for injury or death arising from the use of Madwax equipment.
